How this project came about, the steps we followed, and how we achieved these results.
01. Background
Founded in 2017, Sırlı Sepet grew alongside its YouTube content production. It handled everything in-house, from product to content, but was not yet widely recognized across Turkey.
02. Challenge
The brand managed its ads with its own resources. Returns on Meta ads were inconsistent; orders that arrived one day stopped the next, and without retargeting everything turned into a 'the more budget, the more sales' logic. While the team focused on product, content and operations, it couldn't dedicate professional attention to ad management.
03. Our Solution
At o2 dijital, we rebuilt Sırlı Sepet's digital marketing from scratch into a systematic structure.
