01. Background
Ceylan Orhanlı had established a solid position in the industry with its elegant designs and strong brand image. Entering 2025, the goal was to crown this solid foundation with more aggressive growth on the digital side and maximize its potential with a multi-channel strategy. The brand was seeking not just sustainable, but record-level scalable growth.
02. Challenge
Ceylan Orhanlı had achieved successful results under o2 Digital management in 2024 as well. However, the 2025 goal was much more ambitious: not just increasing brand awareness but aggressively transitioning to a scalable growth model, rapidly multiplying sales, and achieving higher ROI across all digital channels. This required rethinking not just the campaign structure, but the entire user journey.
03. Our Solution
For Ceylan Orhanlı in 2025, we built not just a campaign-level system, but a comprehensive digital growth engine. We built a much more aggressive and systematic strategy on top of the successful 2024 infrastructure. The entire campaign structure was redesigned to create a growth-focused funnel logic. Email marketing was placed at the center of this structure and automation was used to increase revenue. Creatives were subjected to weekly A/B tests and the highest-performing versions were quickly scaled. Personalized ad scenarios with different messages and offers for cold and warm traffic were developed. Meta, Google, and email channels were configured to work in sync. Finally, dynamic targeting strategies based on user behavior and product categories were implemented, achieving a significant leap not only in sales volume but also in efficiency.
